Entry In trenches. Germans shelled near trenches and also near LAITERIE, where reserve Coy is situated, but did no damage, again many of the shells did not burst. Throughout the time the Battn has been in these trenches the work of improvement has been going on. Now the trenches are fairly habitable. Relieved by 2nd Middx by 8.30p.m. and marched to billets at WESTOUTRE. The day was cold and windy. 1killed, 1 wounded, 2 missing.
