| Entry | In trenches near KEMMEL. Bombardment of enemy by French Howitzers at 10a.m. Good shooting. Germans shelled intermittently throughout the day, but did no damage. Work done on communication with the French, and a section put to watch the gap. A good deal of sniping throughout the day and night. Fair weather. |
