| Entry | (Monday) Took up outpost line. The Battn ordered up on our right did not arrive till dawn. Slightly attacked. Battn on our right suffering some casualties. At 2p.m. 5th Division to take up our line. We retired to FAREMOUTIERS and halted for 21/2 hours, marched at 6p.m. through COULOMMIERS, where we picked up the second reinforcement of about 90 men under 2nd Lieut Watson. Billeted at paper mill about 2miles E of COULOMMIERS. |
