Entry Prior to the 4th April the 7th ROYAL WEST KENTS who, with this Battalion, formed a composite one (see War Diary page 158) were reorganised as a separate Batt. The remnants of this Battalion had been formed into one company, under the command of LIEUT C.G.M. MORRIS and were then part of a composite Batt, the whole under the command of LT COLONEL A.L. RANSOME DSO, MC, Dorset Regt Att 7th The Buffs (East Kent Regt). Working parties were supplied for work in front of GENTELLES.
