Location France, CLASTRES
Entry 10:30AM. Moved from billets, and marched back to near where the Battalion was previously billeted at. CAILLOUEL. 3PM. Found good billets had been allotted Battalion. 53td Brigade was concentrated in this Area for training. Each day whist situated here Officers reconnoitred Army and Front Line system of defences and trenches respectively. Training, was carried out, this being under charge of Major MORONY, owing to the fact that the C.O., was fully occupied carrying out reconnaissances. Recreational training was also carried out.
