| Entry | Under authority of a War Officer letter CAPT L.H. EDWARDS was struck off the establishment of the Battalion from 20.11.16. The following is an extract from a letter received from O.C. Mobile Veterinary Section, LUCKNOW Cavalry Brigade:- "I inspected the transport horses of the regiment under your command on the 15th inst. These horses were in exceedingly good condition and well groomed. The shoeing is quite perfect and reflects the greatest credit on the Transport Officer and the farrier concerned." |
