| Entry | 2/Lt NORDEN MC and 2/Lt URQUHART each with 10 OR and 1 limber started on a tour of the Bn area in the Dobrudja. Intention to show inhabitants that British are here and stop Bulgars smuggling cattle etc into Bulgaria. (See Operation Order No 3 - Appendix III). 2/Lt SHILLCOCK was visited by 2nd I/C who found him very comfortably installed in the village. The map was quite wrong. KARAMURAT not being on main road. Wood still short. (Situation Report - Appendix C). C.S.M. (A/RSM) CRUTCH D.C.M. was missed at 2200 hrs 15.12.18 nothing seen of him since. |
