| Entry | No work being Sunday. 2/LT ADAMS proceeded to Divl B and P.T. School for Course of Instruction. 2/Lt MITCHELL proceeded to Divl Grenade School for Course of Instruction. 2/Lt HOBSON returned from Course of Instruction at Divl Gas School. Enemy artillery active during the morning - at two minute interval from 0720-0800 he fired 105mm shells on L8. During the evening the enemy registered a barrage between PETIT PITON and GRAND PITON and NORTH slopes of GRAND PITON and CHAPEAU DE GENDARME. At about 0400 hrs enemy machine guns swept about half the Batt Sector. Remarks. 4 ORS rejoined from hospital. |
