| Entry | Enemy artillery inactive. On the night 17th/18th the Batt was relieved in M. Sector by the 7th Batt O.B.L.I. and moved back to SMOL HILL into Bde Reserve. On the way back to SMOL HILL the Batt occupied the 2nd Line of Defence, three coys holding the line while the fourth coy was in Reserve in GLEN SMOL. Remarks. RQMS MURRAY-SMITH reported for duty, 1 OR rejoined from Fd Amb, 4 ORS to hospital (sick). |
