Location Greece, M Sector
Entry No work being Sunday. On the night 2nd/3rd June the Batt relieved the 7th Batt O.B.L.I. In M Sector, the latter moving back into Bde Res at SMOL HILL. Coys took over the front line and Res positions as follows A Coy M2 and part of M3, B Coy Batt Res in camp at FLAT TOPPED HILL - (GLEN SMOL), C Coy and 1 platoon of D Coy M3 (Remainder) M4, M5, M6, M8, D Coy less 1 platoon Res Camp MM8. A new outpost line is now held (see attached sketch), and this is manned by the two front line coys, outpost positions nos 3 and 4 by right Coy and no 5 by left Coy. There is a great deal of work to be done digging and wiring in these positions. Remarks. 8 Ors to hospital (sick) 1 OR rejoined, 1 OR to Base Training Camp, 1 Officer to hospital from Course of Instruction.
