Entry Work consisted of clearing camps etc prior to relief on the night 13th/14th. The Batt was relieved by the 7th O.B.L.I. and formed from that night Bde Reserve at SMOL HILL CAMP. After relief and on the way back to SMOL HILL, the Batt manned the second line of defence from Z20 to Z38 near River VARDAR. A and C Coys manned the trenches, while B and D Coys were in support in GLEN SMOL. Attached is map showing enemy barrages - information gained from our patrols during the time the Batt has been in the front line. Remarks. 5 ORS sick to hospital.
