| Entry | Coys worked on trenches and wire blocks. 2/Lieuts A.V. SHILLCOCK and R.E. CHILDS and 30 OR patrolled along W bank of PRONG RAVINE to MACUKOVO with the object of engaging enemy wood cutting party which according to reports comes down to the village. No party of the enemy was however seen, so patrol returned to our lines. Enemy artillery inactive, apart from few rounds of 77 mm shrapnel on M2 (PITON RAVINE) at 2115 hrs. Remarks. 3 OR rejoined, 25 OR reinforcements. |
