Location Greece, M SECTOR R. VARDAR
Entry Coys work on front line trenches and upon new wire blocks. 2/LT A. Shillcock and Batt Scouts patrolled in direction of MACUKOVO no enemy patrols were seen in or near the village, but noises and voices could be distinctly heard from the direction of PITON DES MITRAILLEUSES. Patrol returned to our own line without incident. A small covering party operated between co-ordinates 112 and 113 E and W (SMOL Map 3A 1/20000) to protect wiring parties. Enemy artillery inactive except for 2 (105mm) fired on M6 and 4 (77mm) fired on M8. Remarks. 1 OR to hospital sick.
