Location Greece, FRONT LINE "C" SECTOR (RIGHT)
Entry During the morning the enemy registered some of the ravines SE of TORTUE searching for some of our batteries. At 1030 7 light field gun HE fell on C4 (left). At 1400 some HE (4.2) were fired into TORQUAY CAMP and at 1645 about 40 field gun shrapnel were fired on to C3. One of our patrols encountered an enemy patrol which was evidently trying to flank one of our patrols which had just returned. Some HE (4.2) fell on C8 and some field gun shrapnel on C3. CAPT E.W. RAVENSHEAR rejoins Battn from XIIth Corps. Remarks. 2 OR wounded to hospital, 3 OR from hospital.
