Location Greece, Front Line "E" Sector
Entry 2 hostile aeroplanes circled over the Sector at 1330 and 1415hrs were driven off by our anti aircraft guns followed up by one of our planes. There was no shelling during day. Our artillery carrying out 2 five minute bombardment in afternoon and evening. 2Lt F.S. EASTWOOD went on artillery course at B115 Bde RFH. At 2110hrs the enemy had a five minutes bombardment on C and D Sectors and a few field gun shells fell on this sector. Our patrols to P5 had nothing to report. Quiet night. Remarks. 1 OR to hospital sick, 2 OR returned from hospital.
