| Entry | About 0130hrs a patrol proceeded to Hill 364 and heard working parties each side of Hill 380 and on E side of RAVINE des JUMEAUX. About 0200hrs party working on advanced post in front of D8 were shelled. Casualties 3 OR wounded. At 1320 enemy shelled SENELLE and VLADAJA RAVINES close to D Coy camp. 2 OR wounded. At 2030 enemy burst one shrapnel over party working on CT to new Batt HQ 4 OR wounded. Patrol from D8 got close to enemy working party on MAMELON and threw 4 bombs to which enemy replied with 2 bombs. Patrol returned and reported and artillery shelled the place. |
