| Entry | Enemy shelled right sector from position N of PETIT COURONNE at 1030-1230hrs and again 1615-1700hrs also RAVINE DE SENELLE. Enemy were heard working in RAVINE DE JUMEAUX and were bombed by patrol under 2Lt CUCKOW. Some shelling behind left sector 2100-2200hrs. Patrol of 10th BLACK WATCH got in touch with enemy patrol on P5 at 2230hrs - bombs and rifle fire heard. 2Lt N. PARKER (44th Training Res) joined from 26th Inf Base Depot. Remarks. 4 OR to hospital sick. |
