| Entry | In Camp at BOIS CELESTIN near CHIPILLY. The camp is a very good one in a wood, everyone in tents. Fine & warm. 3 OR despatched to TM School (Corps) as Reserve Personnel for Stokes Gun Battery. Bn started at 3pm to march to LA HOUSSOYE via BRAY & ORES and MERICOURT & RIBEMONT. Arrived at LA HOUSSOYE at 7-30pm. March was very hot & tried the men badly after so long in trenches. Battn marched very well & only five men fell out. Billets very bad. |
