| Entry | The Bn was relieved in MARICOURT DEFENCES by 8th Battn Suffolk Regt. Companies proceeded on relief to Z2 Subsector & took over from 10th Essex Regt. Relief went off without any hitch and was completed by 10-30pm. Capt W Hewetson went to Bde HQ as Acting Brigade Major. 2/Lt TA Collot took over Acting Adjutant in his absence. 2/Lt JNH Pleming and 2/Lt NB Souper and one NCO from each company went to Bde Grenade School at BRAY for course. |
