| Entry | Div Commndr & the B'dr visited the trenches. In the evening a draft of 1 L/Sgt - 1L/Cpl and 27 other ranks reached the Battn. This draft included Pte Griffiths - D Coy who was wounded on the 23rd August and DG Davies wounded on the 26th August. Also Ptes Williamson - B Coy and AJ Davies - D Coy - struck off strength - sick - on the 6th Sept. A lot of good work has been done on the trenches, which are now named and have direction boards on them. |
