| Entry | The Battalion relieved the 1/5th Seaforth Highlanders (TF) in the trenches opposite LA BOISELLE. The Battn took over E2 - Sector 112 - 120. "C" Coy took over in daylight sectors 118 - 120: which part is about 15 yards away from the enemy front line trenches. The other coys moved off from ALBERT at 7.30pm. The relief was carried out by 9.30pm without incident. On our left is a Battn of 53rd I Bde, on our right a Bn of the 55th I Bde. Troops opposite to us Bavarians. |
