Entry RIGHT SUB SECTOR. Desultory artillery fire during day. Our aircraft active and heavily shelled. At 10.45am four 77's fell near BAQUEROLLES and 11pm a few round LARVIN. Our garrison of FORWARD POST on going up to occupy the post at dusk, found the enemy in possession. The enemy was driven out and the post re-occupied. An aircraft report was received from Bn on right at 10.30pm that enemy was massing for attack in neighbourhood of PACAUT WOOD. Precautions were taken but no attack took place.
