| Entry | The Battalion was engaged on the third day's programme of Specialist Training. A Warning Order was issued relating the march to ROSIERES on the 31st. A Billeting party and a working party paraded at 9am and proceeded to ROSIERES and there took over the billets allotted to the Battalion and commenced necessary repairs and improvements on them. The Battalion Christmas dinner took place at midday and a Concert in the evening. A letter of thanks was sent to the Berkshire Territorial Association acknowledging again their gift of £50 toward the Christmas dinner Fund. |
