Regiment 1st Royal Berkshire
Location France, CAMBRIN
Entry Weather still very bad. All spare men busy in clearing and rebuilding trenches. HIGH ST, BACK ST specially bad. A new diagonal trench was stared from BOYAU 19 to 21. Germans fired 6 rifle grenades we replied with 12. Big fire seen behind AUCHY at 5 pm continued throughout the night. Another Coy 22nd R Fusiliers relieved their Coy for a tour of 24 hours.
