| Entry | Christmas Day - Voluntary Church Services were held during morning. Companies sat down to their dinners by Companies, HQ Details, Q M Stores and Transport separately. Dinners commenced at 13.00, the Commanding Officer and Adjutant visiting each dinner in turn. The arrangements were excellent, and the day was voted a huge success despite the inclemency of the weather. The Officers of the Battalion dined together in HQ Mess at 19.30. Weather:- very wet day and night. |
