Regiment 1st Royal Berkshire
Location France, Mt BUSSART FARM
Entry Marched in Brigade. Packs distributed prior to march. Very heavy rain. Arrived plateau south of R. AISNE and there halted till 4.30pm whilst pontoon bridge being thrown across river. All artillery and heavy battery in action against heights at north bend of river. Very bad road. Billets at 6.45pm in VIEIL D'ARCY.
