| Entry | A and C Companies relieved B and D, - A Coy to the KEEP, D to the CHATEAU. The two platoons attached to A and C Companies remained with B and D Coys. The attached platoons bathed at 9 and 10a.m. Our machine guns arranged a straffe at 11.30 - 11.45a.m. on BOIS ROSSIGNOL, and again 4.30 - 5.0p.m. on GOMMECOURT WOOD and VILLAGE. Result unknown.
