Entry | "B" and "D" Companies relieved A and C Coys at 2p.m. - "A" Company to the KEEP, "C" Coy to the CHATEAU. Working parties from D Company as on the 28th - morning only. The RA bombardment postponed from the 18th took place at 3.0p.m. The area extendning over the Brigade front was too wide for us to observe the results. The enemy fired shells in the Orchard about 9.45a.m. and on GUDIN about 11.45a.m. Some 5.9s were also fired at the bottom of REMAUD in answer to our bombardment. A fine day. |
