| Entry | Held the same line - 4 Batteries of French "75" guns were behind us and we always received the greatest assistance from them. Their shooting was excellent and each time the trenches were shelled they replied with 2 shells to every 1 the Germans fired. Rainy day. Remarks Casualty - 1 wounded. |
