Entry Warmer: still dangerous surface and probable ground thaw. 0830: Lt-Col Oliphant and coy comdr HQ Coy, Major Bearne, on recce of new area. 1030: Major Parry, O.C 1 Green Howards, with Adjt, RIO and all coy comdrs, arr for preliminary recce of area, which they are taking over on the 29th from this unit. 1230: Adjt and RIO to LINSELLES on recce of new Bn HQ.
