Entry	A personal message from the Div Comd, Major. Gen. G.I. Thomas, CB, DSO, MC, to all ranks was conveyed in todays Bn Orders, thanking everyone for the very high standard that has been maintained in his 31/2 yrs with 43 Div. Mentioning also that we have never had one failure. Maj. Gen Thomas takes over command of 1st Corps. 9 Ors are attending a Motor Engineering course which starts today.
