Entry	The day passed quietly again, and there was a marked lack of enemy activity of any description. Division was still convinced that the enemy intended to withdraw, perhaps even that night, so once again patrols were organised, and the artillery arranged to fire a large harassing programme to hinder any withdrawal. 1730hrs: C.Os 'O' Gp to issue orders for the pursuit of the enemy should he withdraw.
