| Entry | 0030hrs: A fighting patrol being taken out by LIEUT. D. HENDER 'B' COY to quarry at 787309 ran into an unsuspected minebelt just outside our own wire. LIEUT. D. HENDER and a Lance Corporal were seriously wounded. The day was quiet for us, and our 3" Mortars carried out a considerable harassing programme on suspected and known enemy positions. |
