Location	Anzio, Italy
Entry	A uneventful night, although there was some shelling. 1000hrs: A heavy arty and mortar barrage fell on the whole Bn area for about three quarters of an hour. An attack was antixipated [sic], but the barrage was not followed up. One shell landed near the RAP tent and holed the roof in many places and slightly wounded 1 man inside. Total casualties were 2 wounded.
