D Coy patrol reported S. ERAMO clear of enemy and NO movement seen in area S. ANGELO STN in 3026. Later 2 INNISKS est a standing patrol at S. ERAMO. During the morning of 2 Nov about 12 enemy shells had fallen in CANTALUPO; but between 1415 and 1500 hrs about 60rds of 15cm calibre fell in the village. Bn HQ building was struck three times, the RAP twice, and one round passed in through the window and out of the opposite wall of 2 Pl billet. No one was hit. |
