Recce Bn patrols and Carrier Patrols from 13 Inf Bde had gone forward on 8 Sep and joined up with 231 Bde who had landed a.m. 8 Sep at PIZZO. mapref 8718 and established themselves after sharp fight. 13 Inf Bde now came into reserve and rested and prepared itself for the next advance. |
