Entry The Divisional Commander, MAJOR GENERAL R.A. HULL CB., DSO., inspected the Bn Billets. The Non Fraternisation Ban was relaxed so that British Troops can now play with German children under the age of 12 and speak to Germans in public places. Reference to Appendices: J/16
