Patrol engaged killing one enemy. Enemy retaliated with Brens wounding 2 O Rs. No organised defence. 1600 hrs. HARDY (under intense shelling). appear shells fired from Ch to the West no casualties. 1635 hrs. Snipers under Cpl Hamilton observed movement of Japs on LEAF. Opened fire killing one enemy, body was observed to be carried away. |
