Entry 1000 hrs. Patrol visited NAUBITPUR. BIKRAM. BIHTA. MANER. 1200 hrs. Procession taken out in DINAPORE. Police arrested 13 students. 1200 hrs. One pl C coy returned from PATNA having handed over Secretariat Guard. 2130 hrs. A Coy less one pl return from ARWAL. Collective fine Rs 72,000 collected. 2130 hrs. One pl HQ Coy proceeded on curfew patrol through DINAPORE bazaar. 21 persons arrested for breaking curfew. Reference to Appendices None.
