One pl D Coy proceeds to area but crowd had dispersed. Further damage prevented. Six arrests made. 1700 hrs. One pl D Coy remains at corner of POLO SQUARE outside 1725 hrs. Aeroplane message received asking for SITREP. 1900 hrs. Capt DUTTON'S Coy take over bridge posts. 2020 hrs. Signals lose touch with RANCHI. 2245 hrs.
