Major MOTT, 2i/c 2/Y and L, telephones from Commissioners House, PATNA. One coy ordered ARRAH to arrive anytime after midnight, one coy required HIGH COURT, PATNA at 0800 hrs. 12 Aug, B Coy moving under orders EAST ARMY direct from KULGACHIA - MUZAFFARPUR. 2/Y and L moving RANCHI-DINAPORE as early as possible. 2230 hrs.
