Entry 6pm. Weather stormy, rain at intervals, very misty. Strength. 20 Officers 877 OR. Detached 5 Officers 92 OR. 2 OR struck off strength. Observation. Night. Patrol of right Company reported hearing trucks on railway towards KAKLI and hearing them bump into stationary trucks at BROKEN BRIDGE. 1825 two companies of men observed proceeding over bridge of CERNISTE - VOLOVEC road in direction of GRAND COURONNE with loaded pack mules and about 30 transport waggons. Day. After the mist cleared it was seen that 5 railway trucks instead of 3 as formerly were at BROKEN BRIDGE, so that 3 had come down the line during the night.
