Entry 6 pm. Whole Front quiet. Reconnaissance proceeded out at 2.30 am returned 9 pm. Reconnoitred ground between our position and hills 1,2,3 & 4. Nothing of importance reported. No enemy observed. Strength 32 officers 879 OR. 6 officers 81 OR detached. 2 Lieut WESTLAKE and 1 OR rejoined, 2 Lieut WEIR-RHODES and 12 OR rejoined, 1 OR rejoined from Hospital, 1 OR to Hospital. Weather cooler light breeze.
