Entry 8 pm. Arrived in Camp 11.30 pm. Strength 30 officers 864 OR. 12th Hants Machine Gun Section attached. Detached 8 officers 94 OR. Heavy showers during the Day. Took over trenches from 175th French Regiment from ZAATCHA to MEKTOUB inclusive. Relief commenced at 7 pm and was completed by 8.45 pm. One Company and Machine Gun Section holding MEKTOUB with one Company in Support. One company and 12th Hants Machine Gun Section holding ZAATCHA and BARAKA inclusive with one Company in support. Night and day quiet.
