Location France, Puisieux
Entry Daylight patrol up KNIFE & FORK trench to FORK WOOD gaining touch with enemy. Patrol returned. Artillery put on to position held by enemy who was later observed to be retiring N.W. of BUCOY. Our casualties were 3 other ranks wounded. Battalion relieved by 11th East Yorks of 31st Division and proceeded to EUSTON CAMP. Remarks LENS SHEET 11
