Entry | 14th - 15th Our artillery very active wire cutting. Enemy retaliation slight. Useful work done by patrols at night. 2nd Lt. Atkinson was wounded early in the morning of 14th. Major Godfrey 9 Welch Regt took over Command of Battn, on 14th during temporary absence of Lt.Col Long. Our casualties during this period in the trenches were 2 other ranks killed and 2 wounded.
