| Entry | 13th to 16th A rise in the River level caused the Pits which had been dug in the men's tents for burying Rifles at night to fill with water and constant watch had to be kept to ensure that the low lying Camp was not flooded. 500 sandbags were filled and stacked ready for emergency in repair of River bund. |
