| Entry | Battalion left bivouac at 4.54a.m and proceeded 1300 yards along PASS and halted awaiting orders. Orders were received and Battalion at 6a.m proceeded NORTH through SAKALTUTAN PASS to NAHRIN BRIDGE, reaching BRIDGE which had been destroyed by retreating TURKS at 10a.m. The Battalion remained in Bivouac during remainder of day. 'B' company joining at 3p.m. |
