Entry Caught at dawn in the open by a few Turkish H.E but suffered very few casualties. 2/Lt's KAINES and MELLISH slightly wounded, remained with unit. Dug a line of redoubts along the position previously occupied by the Battalion and evacuated 30th December 1916.
