| Entry | At 14.30 we were subjected to another dose of shelling almost from rear owing to curious conformation of present position - 3 men were wounded (1 severely) close to Bn. H.Q. Battalion again moved owing to change of numbers; we took over extra bays from 8/Chesh. Regiment. Including 7 bays of new fire trench in front of which we sent a wiring party. Started new Bn. H.Q. with a view to possible advancement of fire and support lines. |
